Personality, a documentary feature by director Vinay Chowdhry, is an intimate account of the hidden world of Bollywood dancers. Rajesh, a talented and hard-working dancer, moves to Bombay from his rural village to dance in Bollywood films. Under the tutelage of his outspoken yet introspective guru, Sanjay, Rajesh embarks on a journey to achieve his dream. Over the course of a year, Rajesh and Sanjay struggle to survive in the cut-throat industry. They soon realize that the Bollywood they once knew is gone, and the new industry is quickly leaving them behind.
